Deir El Amar:

St. Michael Winery:
Using only the very best grapes that Lebanon’s famous Bekaa Valley produces, St. Michael’s Winery offers a one-of-a-kind collection of handcrafted artisanal wines that have wine-lovers continually flocking from all over Lebanon to savor their latest vintage. In addition to wines, the place has managed to distill arguably one of the best Araks in all of the Levant.
Their Arak is completely free of methanol and is distilled with the highest quality anise and stored in traditional Lebanese clay pottery to ensure unrivaled maturity and smoothness of taste. This winery really reflects the traditional wine making procedure in Chouf.
